Cooking with Cannabis: Canna-Sangria Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 apple, chopped
  • 2 peaches, chopped
  • 1 cup of pineapple, chopped
  • 3 cups of white-cran-peach juice or similar
  • 1 cup of Sprite or similar
  • 1 cup of club soda or seltzer
  • 1 teaspoon grenadine syrup
  • Your favorite tincture

Instructions

  1. Chop your apple, peaches, and pineapple and add to bowl or pitcher
  2. Combine white-cran-peach juice, Sprite, and club soda or seltzer in the bowl or pitcher with the chopped fruit
  3. Add in the desired amount of your favorite tincture, mix thoroughly
  4. To serve, add grenadine syrup to the bottom of your glass, add ice, then pour desired amount of sangria into glass
  5. Sip & enjoy!

Dosing Guide

This recipe makes approximately eight 8 ounce servings of sangria. Refer to your product packaging to determine how many milligrams of THC are in one dropper or 1 milliliter. To calculate dosing, use the following formulas:

# of 1ml droppers added x 5mg THC / # of servings = amount of THC per serving

# of ml droppers added x 5mg CBD / # of servings = amount of CBD per serving
