Ethos Rewards

All Ethos patients and customers in Massachusetts, Ohio, and Pennsylvania can become an Ethos Rewards member.

Ethos Rewards members earn points on EVERY purchase! These points can be accumulated to redeem towards future purchases at Ethos. Plus, you’ll also get exclusive content and communications about deals, products, and updates from your favorite Ethos location. 

*Due to state regulations, please note:

• Massachusetts adult-use, or recreational,  customers may only use points towards the purchase of accessories or other non-infused products.
• Ohio patients and customers may only use points towards cannabis products; points cannot be used towards accessories or other non-infused products.

To become an Ethos Rewards member, simply enter your information on this form. You must have a valid email and phone number on your account to join. Please note it may take up to 24 hours for your account to process and populate.

The best way to manage your rewards profile is to download the Ethos App. Here, you can find your profile by clicking on the person figure in the top right of your screen. Can’t download the app? You can manage your profile from this link. 

One reward point is accrued for every $1 spent at any Ethos location. Only the amount spent after discounts, promos, and before tax are applied as points.

*Please note points can take up to 48–72 hours to populate in your account after a purchase is made. 

Effective as of Monday, October 7th, 2024:

• You can redeem $5 in rewards for every 100 points you accumulate.* Just let the associate at the register know during checkout!
  • *No minimum spend required to redeem 100 points for $5 off your purchase
  • Reach $100 minimum to redeem $10 off (200 points)
  • You are eligible to redeem an additional $5 off (100 points) for every $50 increase in minimum spend over $100*
    • Examples:
      • Spend $150  –> Redeem $15 off (300 points)
      • Spend $200  –> Redeem $20 off (400 points)
    • *Maximum redemption allowed in a single transaction is $50 off (1000 points), with eligible spend of $500 or more 
• Points must be redeemed in a single transaction. If the entire redemption amount is not used, the unused points cannot be credited to another rewards profile, redeemed for cash, or used as any other form of credit. Points are not refunded with returns.
• **Ohio patients, due to regulations, please note:

• • You will be permitted to use any points you have accumulated for so far as the resulting discount would not result in a paid amount of less than $5 per product. 
  • This means that if, for example, you have 500 points ($25 off) and are purchasing 2 products, the value of those 2 products must be greater than $35, after discounts, to be able to use the full 500 points for $25 off as the minimum purchase price for 2 products is $10.

Yes. Your reward points will be treated like cash and will be applied to your total at checkout. 

Yes. Points expire after 90 days of no activity.

The countdown resets whenever you make a purchase.

Points cannot be reissued or redeemed after they have expired.

Redeeming points online is currently only available for Massachusetts customers, but we are working on a solution for this to be possible across all markets. 

If you don’t wish to continue being an Ethos Rewards member, you can delete your account through the Ethos App or through this link. 

• We here at Ethos work hard to send only helpful and relevant messaging to you, but do understand the need to decrease the number of methods you may be receiving messaging from us. You can manage what communications you receive from Ethos in your rewards profile, which can be accessed via the Ethos App or through this link. We do recommend at least keeping push notifications on if you have the app to be made aware of any store specific updates in real time!
