Center city store closed, everyone at this store that knew what they were doing left because of incompetence at upper levels, store hours are being cut. Seeing loyal customer after loyal customer in the neighborhood and having them all tell me they don’t shop there anymore. Harassing veterans that have done pop up events onsite. I hope the next tenants in that space actually care about customer service and their customers unlike assuredly soon to be shuttered ethos.
There was a change in staffing in June everyone disappeared and all new people except 3 remain. I used to enjoy interacting with friendly staff. New staff not the same. Products and prices good.
Visited a few dispensaries and this store is by far the most knowledgeable, respectful and the sales are affordable. The employees always make me feel welcome.I wish Pharma would disappear and sick people look to herbs and natural healing

I can’t say enough good things about Ethos Cannabis Dispensary-Northeast Philadelphia. I started going here a few years ago when my previous dispensary was always out of the products I use.The staff at Ethos N. E. always greet you with a smile and are very friendly. Even though sometimes it is busy when I get there, the wait times are very short. The staff never rush the customers and they really listen to your needs. Everyone who works at Ethos N. E. is very knowledgeable about their products and most if not all of them have used some of the products themselves for various ailments. If they don’t have what you want they are always able to offer you something comparable. They have a good selection of products to choose from, the prices are reasonable and they even have specific discounts and sales on products. I am so happy with Ethos N. E. even if I have to drive 30 minutes to get there I know I will leave very satisfied.
I have visited a number of dispensaries, and (for me) I find myself returning to Ethos time and time again. As a patient, I rely on knowing as much as I can about a particular strain, and Ethos has proven to provide the most helpful information when educating myself. For those who what to gain the most out of your product I would suggest availing yourself to what they offer.
Great store , amazing selection and fantastic daily deals ! Check their website for a list of days and discounts. You can also make an order the day of a sale and pick it up the following day and still get this discounts added !

I bring food, bagels, comics, hats, laughter…maybe some anxiety inducing convo too….BUT… Such great people…a few have come and gone, some more recently than others..but the new faces are pleasant as well! Ethos N.E. is a very professional and it’s a very clinical environment, I rarely have to wait more than 5 minutes.The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.Great location too, lots of free parking and easily accessible to public transportation.

Great staff, pretty knowledgeable. No customer rewards yet. Selection is pretty decent. Trying to figure why we aren't at the west coast level yet with our stores. Edibles, better strains and more consistency of strain terp profiles. But thanks for being great all by yourselves. 🔥✌🏽

Best dispensary I've been to and Philly always helpful. I always take care you quickly efficiently. And even one of those problems. They do their best to take care of you. For example, a cart stop working halfway. They gladly took it back and replaced it for me. I can't be anymore grateful or happy. Or I don't even have the words but thank you're wonderful. I appreciate you keep doing you the people there awesome.PS:CANT ASK FOR MORE. FALL A LITTLE SHORT THEY LOOK OUT....... LOVE U GUYS AND GALS AT ETHOS..... IM HERE FOR LIFE LOL. Great service great people working there i no all of them best price for same brand things are cheaper then other dispensaries but weed could be stronger even higher price things my old dealer get better stuff 70%of the time he has stuff that is insane for about same price not much more as the cheaper stuff and better then most expensive

This place is my favorite Medical Marijuana Dispensary in Philadelphia. Approachable and knowledgeable staff provide great customer service and will assist you in getting the right Cannibus product to help with your healing process, anxiety, etc. I highly Reccomend

I've been going here for several months now and I couldn't be happier! The staff, store setup, variety, shopping options and shopping experience is amazing. The staff are all extremely knowledgeable and can help you find what's best for you and your needs. They even took the time and helped to explain to my Mom (who isn't even a patient) what may help her as well from CBD if she doesn't want THC. I love that I can browse online to see what I want for that order and just add it to my cart, select a pick-up time and within minutes, my order is ready to go. They offer cash payment, debit cards, cashless ATM, and Aeropay, I believe it's called. Which is great for me since I rarely have cash on me and may decide to get a last minute add-on to my order! They also have daily deals and discounts on items which is a great bonus! If you're looking for a great local dispensary, look no further! Ethos is the one to choose💚🧡

Know what you want? Order from our online menu and pickup your order in store. Once your order is placed, you will receive a text saying when it’s been filled and ready for pick up. When you arrive to pick up your order, you will be able to speak to a Product Associate and/or make changes to your order if needed.
