How do I become an Ethos Rewards member?

To become an Ethos Rewards member, simply enter your information on this form. You must have a valid email and phone number on your account to join. Please note it may take up to 24 hours for your account to process and populate.

I’m already an Ethos Rewards member. How can I manage my profile?

The best way to manage your rewards profile is to download the Ethos App. Here, you can find your profile by clicking on the person figure in the top right of your screen. Can’t download the app? You can manage your profile from this link.

How does Refer A Friend work?

Current Ethos Rewards members can refer friends to join Ethos Rewards and receive bonus points for each referral.

Each member gets their own referral link to share with friends. Your personalized Refer-A-Friend link can be found under the "Social" tab in the Ethos App.

Share the link (outlined in red under the "Refer a Friend" section) with a friend so they can start earning rewards with Ethos.

What are the benefits of Refer A Friend?

Members will receive points for referring a friend, and even more points once their friend makes a purchase.

Earn 100 bonus points per friend referred!

Get 50 bonus points for making the referral (up to 10 friends), then another 50 points when that friend makes a purchase.

After the first 10 friends referred, get the full 100 points for every referral once that friend makes a purchase (up to 20 friends).

How do I earn points? How long do my points take to appear?

One reward point is accrued for every $1 spent at any Ethos location. Only the amount spent after discounts, promos, and before tax are applied as points.

*Please note points can take up to 48–72 hours to populate in your account after a purchase is made.

How do I redeem my earned points?

You can redeem $5 in rewards for every 100 points you accumulate*

*No minimum spend required to redeem 100 points for $5 off your purchase*
Spend $25 minimum to redeem $10 off (200 points)
You are eligible to redeem an additional $5 off (100 points) for every $25 increase in minimum spend over $25*
- Example: Spend $50 –> Redeem $15 off (300 points)
- Example: Spend $75 –> Redeem $20 off (400 points)
*Maximum redemption allowed in a single transaction is $50 off (1000 points), with eligible spend of $200 or more.

Points must be redeemed in a single transaction. If the entire redemption amount is not used, the unused points cannot be credited to another rewards profile, redeemed for cash, or used as any other form of credit. Points are not refunded with returns.

This means that if, for example, you have 500 points ($25 off) and are purchasing 2 products, the value of those 2 products must be greater than $35, after discounts, to be able to use the full 500 points for $25 off as the minimum purchase price for 2 products is $10.

Redeeming points online is currently not available, but we are working on a solution for this to be possible across all markets.

If you don’t wish to continue being an Ethos Rewards member, you can delete your account through the Ethos App or through this link.

How do I manage my communication preferences?

We here at Ethos work hard to send only helpful and relevant messaging to you, but do understand the need to decrease the number of methods you may be receiving messaging from us. You can manage what communications you receive from Ethos in your rewards profile, which can be accessed via the Ethos App or through this link. We do recommend at least keeping push notifications on if you have the app to be made aware of any store specific updates in real time!
