Infused Cannabis Popsicles Recipe

 

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice, or your favorite fresh juice
  • Zest and juice of one lime 
  • 2.5 cups frozen or fresh fruit
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • A few drops (40mg) of your favorite CBD/THC tincture or oil
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk, cream or yogurt (optional, but if using an oil recommended)

Recipe

  • Step 1: Add frozen fruit to the blender. Pour in pineapple juice, lime juice, lime zest, and coconut water.
  • Step 2: Add CBD or THC Tincture.
  • Step 3: Blend all ingredients together.
  • Step 4: Evenly distribute the blended mixture into popsicle molds.
  • Step 5: Freeze popsicles for at least 6 hours. If you’re sweaty, or impatient, you can check after 3-4 hours.
  • Step 6: Enjoy — and chill out!

This recipe makes 8-12 popsicles, depending on the size of your molds.

Popsicles should keep for 3 months in the freezer, if you store them in good freezer bags or another sealed container – but, good Luck not eating them all on the next hot summer day!

Dosing Guide

If you added 40mg of THC or CBD to this recipe, you’ll have 5-10mg dose in each popsicle.

To calculate dosing, refer to the packaging of the product you chose to use, then use the formula below:

#mg THC added (consult product packaging) / # of portions of cocktails = #mg THC per portion
