I love ethos and I go to ethos Faithfully in my area in the Lehigh Valley but when I was in the Northeast Philly area and I called for some assistance because it was my first time visiting that location and it was close to closing time I asked if I got there before they closed if I could come in and I was told yes but when I got there they would not answer the door and when I buzzed the intercom I was told that the person who told me that did not actually tell me that, like they were saying the conversation didn't happen. I am a faithful customer of ethos so that's why I only took off one star for that attitude / stunt because overall ethos is a great dispensary but as always the products are great and the pricing and point system is top tier

They are friendly but I only went there the other day for a $21 dollar gram vape cartridge as advertised but it was a mistake in the listing price they said and I felt pressured to purchase something double the price because I had to Uber to get there 😭 I hope they discuss prices over the phone because I am not comfortable going on a whim anymore.

Not only are they fast and efficient, but they're reasonably priced. The employees are professional and knowledgeable. I went to a place on Welsh Ave. NEVER again. Left without buying anything and it was 50% off! They were all way too medicated there, it was like talking to Cheech but not in a good way! Go here, much better service, and cheaper prices!

Ethos is definitely my go to dispensary. The staff is cool, the quality of the flower is on point, and the prices are much better than all of the other dispensaries in the area, but I had to knock off one star because I bought a couple of quarters and one of them weighed 5.2 grams. Probably a manufacturer mistake but should have been caught before making it out with an order.

I've in coming here for years, but I’m going to start taking my business elsewhere. Every week I check the menu and every week my medicine is not here. I suffer from cervical dystonia in my neck and vaping high THC levels makes me extremely dizzy on top of the already dizziness I deal with from a daily basis and so I tried to cancel out the psychotropic effect with cartridges like Durban Z. 2/1 or Sour Diesel 2/1.
Like I said for years, I’ve been coming here and never had an issue getting medicine but within the past six months it’s like ethos has stopped caring, they never have either one of those strands, but they have plenty of excuses. There lazy budtenders have the nerve to tell me to email rhythm and G leaf because they’re just too lazy to do it themselves to make manners worse The pharmacist at this location needs to get a new job completely useless never answers the telephone never !! it’s ironic because liberty on Cruise town Road they have no problem getting the product, but ethos gives a song and dance and has the nerve to tell me, like I’m dumb that they can’t request product which is a bunch of BS every other dispensary can request product, but you can’t and if I’m not mistaken medical marijuana came into existence for people that were on opioids and people that were in pain and the people that are in pain can’t get their medicine because ethos is too lazy to open their mouth and request medicine for your clients. It’s pretty rude and pretty pathetic your employees need to wake up and stop worrying about how much the customer is gonna put in the tip jar and start taking care of the customer !!

I can’t say enough good things about Ethos Cannabis Dispensary-Northeast Philadelphia. I started going here a few years ago when my previous dispensary was always out of the products I use.
The staff at Ethos N. E. always greet you with a smile and are very friendly. Even though sometimes it is busy when I get there, the wait times are very short. The staff never rush the customers and they really listen to your needs. Everyone who works at Ethos N. E. is very knowledgeable about their products and most if not all of them have used some of the products themselves for various ailments. If they don’t have what you want they are always able to offer you something comparable. They have a good selection of products to choose from, the prices are reasonable and they even have specific discounts and sales on products. I am so happy with Ethos N. E. even if I have to drive 30 minutes to get there I know I will leave very satisfied.

I have visited a number of dispensaries, and (for me) I find myself returning to Ethos time and time again. As a patient, I rely on knowing as much as I can about a particular strain, and Ethos has proven to provide the most helpful information when educating myself. They now have rewards however, they keep changing(3x since June) how you use them). They were good even after the 1st change. Now the rewards suck. Not understanding how every other dispensary didn't/doesn't have these issues. The app malfunctions often also. Love the staff and discounts but how about getting your crap together before rolling it out to your patients. Just a suggestion.

I've been going here for several months now and I couldn't be happier! The staff, store setup, variety, shopping options and shopping experience is amazing. The staff are all extremely knowledgeable and can help you find what's best for you and your needs. They even took the time and helped to explain to my Mom (who isn't even a patient) what may help her as well from CBD if she doesn't want THC. I love that I can browse online to see what I want for that order and just add it to my cart, select a pick-up time and within minutes, my order is ready to go. They offer cash payment, debit cards, cashless ATM, and Aeropay, I believe it's called. Which is great for me since I rarely have cash on me and may decide to get a last minute add-on to my order!
