I love the deals they have and great strains. My only suggestion would be is not to have the points expire. There is pressure to make a purchase so you dont lose points. I'd rather have them accumulate to use when I dont have the money or want to make a big purchase

Bought .5 gram cartridge on Saturday. The oil in the cartridge was crystalized and wouldn't smoke. I returned it today, Tuesday, and they wouldn't take it back because I didn't have the packaging. WAY TO STAND BEHIND YOUR PRODUCT!!!!!!!

I very RARELY leave reviews for businesses, I also don’t shop at this location often - but the few times I have visited have been nothing but friendly & quick service! Staff are also extremely knowledgeable and genuinely care about saving you money/time. Miles ahead of even my own “go to” Dispo and by far the best one I’ve ever been to. I wish I lived closer to a location.

This used to be the only dispensary I would go to. There veterans discount made every single thing in the store cheaper than anywhere else. Nowadays though, everything in the store is on sale, and more expensive than everywhere else even when it's on sale. Those sales make it so that the veterans get the same exact treatment as everybody else. That's fine, but don't advertise a veterans discount that may as well be fake. Still love you guys, but I only come here about half the time now because there are better deals elsewhere

There isn’t a better dispensary in Allegheny County. The staff is some of the friendliest and helpful people you’ll ever meet. They care so much about the quality and satisfaction of everything they do. The prices are good, they have great deals, and it’s quick turnaround times.

Many other dispensaries offer curbside pick-up but that won't be find here. Overall disappointed recently with my experience at Ethos.

I've been here several, SEVERAL times, and I've never been there and have had a bad experience or seen anyone else have one either. The staff is super knowledgeable and tries to help in whatever way they can. Zacary takes time to explain things to me and has helped a lot with my purchases there! Very appreciative of this team and personally find their rules to be very straightforward. I was curious so I looked at the low reviews on this page, and a lot of the comments are from people who didn't take the time to read rules/fine print or just don't take the time to understand mistakes happen at any business, and it's never that serious haha. Anyway, love this place and obviously will be back!

Zac dropped what he was doing, took the time out of his day to literally teach me the basics and more in "Medical Marijuana 101!" He helped me understand in greater depths what the Cannabinoids actually do as well as the Terpenes.
Zac answered all of my questions. He was so knowledgeable and passionate about medical marijuana and it's health benefits physically, mentally & emotionally.

Absolutely love this Ethos dispensary. It's the only one I go to and always feel welcomed.
