The guy at the counter gave me a hard time because im hard of hearing and he made me go and wait outside until he says you can enter.He gave me a huge attitude stating its when i say you can enter i told him i have trouble hearing im hard of hearing and couldn’t hear him i was told to pay attention instead.I was extremely discriminated against because of my disability.It was a white guy with multi colored hair who was extremely ignorant and and on a power trip

I just recently got my medical marijuana card and had never been to a dispensary before. Based on the societal stigma that many share and my previous experiences in bodegas and liquor shops I unconsciously assumed that this place would be a dingy, hole-in-the-wall establishment. The truth couldn’t be further from this preconceived notion. Never have I had the pleasure of dealing with employees so kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. From the moment I stepped in I felt welcomed as a new customer and they made sure to offer a detailed explanation on any question I might have. After taking advantage of the unbeatable deals they offer on their house brand I have no need to go back soon, yet unlike the aforementioned sketchy corner stores that I spend as little time in as possible and walk out with my head hung low, I am looking forward to doing so. Not just because of the quality of the product but because of the unmatched quality of service that the staff here provide and the safe, nonjudgmental environment that they create.

I absolutely love this place. The people are amazing, the service is top notch, and everyone is always so helping. This is the best dispensary in Hucks County. The prices on their house brands is amazing. And the Eleven and Natural Selections Flower is IMOVHO. THE BESTIN THE ENTIRE PROGRAM. I hav see bought at least 10 times and only one was sub par. Incredible experience for my first time ever visiting a dispensary. Rodney admitted me in at the front and was incredibly welcoming. They started a point system.
1000 points would get you a hundred dollars in free stuff with a purchase.
Now this week they lowered it to 1000 points equals 50 dollars.
What a huge disappointed.
All the other dispensaries are offering the 1000 points for 100 dollars..

I’ve been in the Pa program for just under 3 years and in that time I’ve found Ethos to be my most frequently/favorite dispensary to purchase my meds from. That being said I’ve been a customer at the center city, northeast, and Montgomeryville locations and without a doubt my most pleasant experience was at the Montgomeryville location, every time I go. I’ll also state I’ve never had a bad experience at any but in my opinion Montgomeryville is my favorite. The entire staff if always in a great mood, the vibe of a happy work environment really shows at this location plus they know their stuff and will always point you in the best direction but never pushy. I must also mention that for me personally Belle in Montgomeryville is by far my favorite tender. She always as a smile on her face a willingness to make you feel at ease when making purchases. I get anxiety and when I see she is working I get immediately relaxed knowing she’s got my back. Love Belle… Love Ethos Montgomeryville.
