I've been going there for a while I never have any issues except for their website I placed an order they told me the order never went thru and it was my fault so all the prices changed and the manager was just useless he wouldn't do anything for me he didn't even want to hear about what I had to say he just gave me an attitude the people at the registers are actually very nice was there on Tuesday morning 4/21

Glad there are regulations in place to make the experience even better. Great strains and great deals. My one suggestion would be is for the points to never expire. As someone who goes to different dispensarys, it's nice when they accumulate and then have them when you really need them and not feel pressured to make a purchase so you dont lose the points

I am a regular!! I absolutely love the employees and the store but it's been so cold inside the waiting area when you first walk in. I feel bad for the employees sitting there so I'm not coming back until warmer weather. I'm not trying to freeze out the workers by coming in and out in this weather. But other then that they got great deals and close to home. Steve the manager is super awesome and can help you with any questions or concerns. But.... see you guys in spring!

I didn’t want to make a big deal out of two unpleasant experiences I had because all the other times I’ve been there have been so awesome. Mark, their GM, personally called me to make my future experience even better! Ethos has amazing prices. Mark proved to me they have the upmost professionalism and treat their customers with respect when you treat them with respect. Highly recommend!

I have been coming here since I started my MMJ journey 4 years ago, and the staff has been amazing on every visit! They get to know their customers, their faces, their names, they even get to know a little about their lives. There is always witty banter going on between staff and customers during each interaction, none of which ever gets out of hand to the point where it holds up the line. I have been lucky to never have an issue with an item, but have always seen no issue anytime another customer has, especially if the vape cartridge is not working. It is rare to find a group of people who you can tell genuinely enjoy their job. That being said it must mean Management is great as well, as I don’t see a ton of turnover and employees always seem happy. Ethos is well-staffed. I'm always in & out in 15 minutes or less. I do wish they would sell more liquid live resin vape cartridges. NOT the diamonds resin. Just good ol' LLR. I also wish the person at the check-in counter would let us scan our own ID's instead of having to hand it over to him to put his hands on. Little things like that go a long way towards eliminating the unnecessary spread of germs.

Try the in house Eleven brand. Mainly the flower cause I don’t do distillate. It’s like homegrown just like grandma used to make! lol. Might be long leaf here or there but trust me it’s better than the super trimmed commercial stuff. It’s seems the way the flowers are that they probably use organic nutrients. Looks literally exactly what our genetics were back in the day. Same quality everything it’s like a clone lol. When the farmer or grower cares or loves what they do and starts with good genetics the end product will always resemble that. I was actually pleasantly surprised. Third time trying the flower now and it’s as consistent as I stated. (Different strains each time).

Love the store love the customer service. New points system is nice and well overdue. I received both bronze and silver medals. Am waiting for my gold medal points since I made a purchase before the deadline. It has been over a week now and still didn’t receive my gold medal points and the notification that comes with it through the app.

Cliff is so kind and has such a great energy! Nadia is such a sweetheart, I run her hard looking for flower for me! And Evan, what can I say, he has been so incredible from the first time I visited Ethos! Takes his time and has infinite patience! Usually order ahead online and just pick it up. Staff is always really friendly and I’m usually in and out about 5-10 minutes. I love that they allow you to bring your dogs, I always bring my little one and just carry him. The staff always loves to see him and he’s always very calm here, never have had an issue. They also have a points system here which I really like and it saves me money on some of my purchases. Pretty good parking, never usually have an issue finding a space.

The people here are so warm and just lovely to work with. I've been to other dispensaries that felt very awkward and unwelcoming, this is the polar opposite of that. If we moved I would still come back here even if it were a long haul.

WOW!! I like this place!! First time there. Big selection of products. The customer service was excellent from the time I called, to the time walked through the doors. Great discounts too. 35 percent off on everythnig!! Plus, because I'm a new patient, they saved my 30 percent discount for the next time I visit.
