Went to Ethos for the first time the other day. I had a great experience. It took a few minutes to add me to their system. Cliff was happy to talk to me at length about terpenes and use cases for different strains. He spent probably an hour with me and was personable and patient. I got a lot and used the first-time visit discount. It would be awesome if the site include use cases for terpenes. Even more awesome if it were possible to build a client profile where you can update your experiences/preferences for terpenes and strains.

Ive strayed from ethos for about a year. I'm back. During this particular day, Ryan was my consultant. I went in with limited fundage. I was frustrated because no one EVER, ANYWHERE, knows what I mean when I say, true sativa and a true indica. Ryan did. Again, Ryan did. HE LISTENED. I can truthfully say that. And selling is half the battle. His appearance was like nothing I had EVER seen in my life. His look, sound, and demeanor are ALL things that matter. He knows how to play the part. He IS the first person who has listened. I know this based on personal experience. Anyway, 1found me the correct strains and gave me the 411. 2. Like I said, he plays the part. 3. I have had absolutely nothing but amazing experiences at this store! Fore note: I think a lot of the negative reviews that are pertaining to the point system have to do more with ethos on a corporate level than this particular dispensary itself. I have never had an issue with management here. I have been coming here since I started my MMJ journey 4 years ago, and the staff has been amazing on every visit! They get to know their customers, their faces, their names, they even get to know a little about their lives. There is always witty banter going on between staff and customers during each interaction, none of which ever gets out of hand to the point where it holds up the line. I have been lucky to never have an issue with an item, but have always seen no issue anytime another customer has, especially if the vape cartridge is not working. It is rare to find a group of people who you can tell genuinely enjoy their job. That being said it must mean Management is great as well, as I don’t see a ton of turnover and employees always seem happy. Although I have not had much, if any, one on one interaction with the gentleman whom I believe is either the GM or Pharmacist, he always greets me and says goodbye by name. He is the gentlemen with the black and grey beard that is in the computer. The fact that he even is responsive and aware of the customers coming in and out, says a lot. I would love to give a personal shout out to each and every employee there personally, but there are too many of you and all of you are absolutely amazing! Truly the heart of this facility and for that I will always come back!

Ethos is well-staffed. I'm always in & out in 15 minutes or less. I do wish they would sell more liquid live resin vape cartridges. NOT the diamonds resin. Just good ol' LLR. I also wish the person at the check-in counter would let us scan our own ID's instead of having to hand it over to him to put his hands on. Little things like that go a long way towards eliminating the unnecessary spread of germs.

Every visit, Cliff delivers consistently excellent and speedy service. I wish I remembered more names, because the whole team is solid across the board. But one person truly deserves a special shoutout: Abby. Abby handles a heavy patient load with complete ease, and still takes the time to engage with me in deep conversations about rosin. She brings such a genuine energy to the store — every single time I walk in. She manages to go above and beyond for me as a patient while maintaining total professionalism with everyone around her, both patients and coworkers alike. (EDIT) Good sales and always in & out quick. Try the in house Eleven brand. Mainly the flower cause I don’t do distillate. It’s like homegrown just like grandma used to make! lol. Might be long leaf here or there but trust me it’s better than the super trimmed commercial stuff. It’s seems the way the flowers are that they probably use organic nutrients. Looks literally exactly what our genetics were back in the day. Same quality everything it’s like a clone lol. When the farmer or grower cares or loves what they do and starts with good genetics the end product will always resemble that. I was actually pleasantly surprised. Third time trying the flower now and it’s as consistent as I stated. (Different strains each time).

Usually order ahead online and just pick it up. Staff is always really friendly and I’m usually in and out about 5-10 minutes. I love that they allow you to bring your dogs, I always bring my little one and just carry him. The staff always loves to see him and he’s always very calm here, never have had an issue. They also have a points system here which I really like and it saves me money on some of my purchases. Pretty good parking, never usually have an issue finding a space.

The people here are so warm and just lovely to work with. I've been to other dispensaries that felt very awkward and unwelcoming, this is the polar opposite of that. If we moved I would still come back here even if it were a long haul.
