Everyone that works there has been fantastic to deal with. They are extremely knowledgeable and go out of their way to make sure you leave happy!! Awesome people, Awesome place!
This was my go to dispensary while being at my girlfriends house because she lives close by. I been coming here for the past few years with no issues until my last visit. I got an amazing deal on a half ounce of flower and I got two liquid diamonds carts. Normally a half ounce lasts me a week. This one is almost out after two days of smoking and I been smoking regularly like I normally do so I know there's no way this half ounce weighed the correct weight. The carts were also an issue. A little over half full! Both of them! I guess their deals here aren't the way they were before. Before I'd come here and feel like I got a great deal now it just seems they try to make you think your getting a deal but in reality your not! My advice is if you're going to use this dispensary make sure you weigh what you get! I didn't have a scale at my girlfriends house so I wasn't able to weigh what I got this time around. Check your carts! I seen this dispensary has issues doing refunds for people but they can't be selling products like this! Complete ripoff!
Ethos is well-staffed. I'm always in & out in 15 minutes or less. I do wish they would sell more liquid live resin vape cartridges. NOT the diamonds resin. Just good ol' LLR. I also wish the person at the check-in counter would let us scan our own ID's instead of having to hand it over to him to put his hands on. Little things like that go a long way towards eliminating the unnecessary spread of germs.
Best prices hands down. Good loyalty program. Good inventory. Nice staff. Quick and efficient.
I just want to say what an awesome job Ethos Staff did this evening!!!! There was a very unpleasant customer next to me cussing & whining being very aggressive & disrespectful towards the staff & they did an awesome job handling that unpleasant customer in a respectful & professional way. They all deserve raises! 🙂

I've updated my review a few times to document my evolving customer experience. What started out as a mediocre to poor experience has turned into my favorite go-to spot. They are very knowledgeable and friendly!

Try the in house Eleven brand. Mainly the flower cause I don’t do distillate. It’s like homegrown just like grandma used to make! lol. Might be long leaf here or there but trust me it’s better than the super trimmed commercial stuff. It’s seems the way the flowers are that they probably use organic nutrients. Looks literally exactly what our genetics were back in the day. Same quality everything it’s like a clone lol. When the farmer or grower cares or loves what they do and starts with good genetics the end product will always resemble that. I was actually pleasantly surprised. Third time trying the flower now and it’s as consistent as I stated. (Different strains each time).

Always very friendly every time I go in. The remodeling made the place look so much more cozy and welcoming. It's always a vibe! Love the workers and love the interior design! I love how they are expanding what they are selling! So much easier getting replacement coils in store than ordering them online.
This is the kind of place where the products, and the employees, are equal reason for me looking forward to every trip there. It's good all around. So glad a place like this is so close to home!

Love the store love the customer service. New points system is nice and well overdue. I received both bronze and silver medals. Am waiting for my gold medal points since I made a purchase before the deadline. It has been over a week now and still didn’t receive my gold medal points and the notification that comes with it through the app.
The group of nicest people ive ever met. Great selection and very helpful. Inside is beautiful. If you are in the area and need medication stop here it will be worth it.

And Evan, what can I say, he has been so incredible from the first time I visited Ethos! Takes his time and has infinite patience! I’m very knowledgeable about cannabis and this staff respects my input and works with me to find pain and anxiety relieving medicine. Thank you Ethos staff for all you do!

The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. I love the makeover of the Pleasant Hills store. The vibe is so much more inviting and chill opposed to being so institutionalized. Great products, great prices!!!
Usually order ahead online and just pick it up. Staff is always really friendly and I’m usually in and out about 5-10 minutes. I love that they allow you to bring your dogs, I always bring my little one and just carry him. The staff always loves to see him and he’s always very calm here, never have had an issue. They also have a points system here which I really like and it saves me money on some of my purchases. Pretty good parking, never usually have an issue finding a space.

Great discounts too. 35 percent off on everythnig!! Plus, because I'm a new patient, they saved my 30 percent discount for the next time I visit. So, I'll definitely be back and I highly recommend this place

The people here are so warm and just lovely to work with. I've been to other dispensaries that felt very awkward and unwelcoming, this is the polar opposite of that. If we moved I would still come back here even if it were a long haul.

Know what you want? Order from our online menu and pickup your order in store. Once your order is placed, you will receive a text saying when it’s been filled and ready for pick up. When you arrive to pick up your order, you will be able to speak to a Product Associate and/or make changes to your order if needed.

Before visiting or reserving products at an Ethos dispensary, you must become a certified patient or caregiver under Pennsylvania’s medical marijuana program. To become a certified patient or caregiver, you or the patient for which you are providing care must have one of the qualifying serious medical conditions mentioned.
