I love this dispensary since is the inly one i know around that stacks up discounts. But now they only do certain days. Which it used to be any day, whats going on first it was the point. Can’t use them towards products any more only merch and now only certain days of stackable. Sundays are the only days usually I can go to the dispensary and now i can’t stack my military discount. Feeling disappointed. It’s still a great dispensary with great employees but it’s not gonna be my go to anymore since it has been for the last year or so.

This is a really great dispensary. They have always been so helpful, especially when you are new. I’ve seen them help elderly people who are stepping into a dispensary for the first time. It’s super wholesome to see. They let me bring my leashed bird in with me too. Really cool place.

Brand new to dispensaries, chose this one to be my first one ever. What an exciting experience, all staff were super friendly and helpful since this was so nerve wracking. They were sold out of one item I wanted to try out, but the budtenders helped me find something comparable. I didn't mind if it was a different price!
Another customer who was also in at the same time as me had a similar situation and left a nasty review that was just very untrue, so I had to jump on here and say something. The budtenders are very thorough at their job and go over everything with you, even if an item is sold out and what you can replace it with and verify with you what the price is. You're not leaving not knowing what you got
*Just remember your order wasn't filled wrong, they let you know of any issues and YOU verify the product before leaving. It's YOUR decision to leave with what you left with:) *

Ethos of my favorite dispensary in the Dayton/Cincinnati area. Zoe the bud tender always contributes to an out standing experience! Had two great visits. I work in an Ohio Dispensary and like to checkout other dispensaries. I went once when it was medical only and once after adult use became legal. They have handled the change well. Good place!
PS on a visit to the area this year, I forgot an item we use medically and stopped in again because they had it in stock. Another great visit that went just perfect.

Ethos is my favorite dispensary in this area. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and welcoming. The product quality is high, they offer weekly discounts from 15-30% on brands and categories, and they have a points system that allows you to get additional discounts as well. Give them a try if you haven't and, if you have previously, they are worth a revisit.

You all have great deals and staff, but the reward point glitch and then the decision by ownership to not restore people’s points was an awful misstep. That’s hundreds if not thousands of dollars to consumers who keep
your lights on. The medical marijuana business prints money and the main consideration should be the the people who pay and voted for your right to earn revenue.
Update- my review was pointed to ownership. I still shop here and understand accidents happen. Thank you for taking the time to reply
