I have not worked at this location in 2 YEARS and every time I come in to pick up an order I am made to feel uncomfortable, the employee Connor cussed me out in front of management for telling him to not talk to me in any other way than a patient, after he tried sparking up a conversation about the Lindsay Clancy trial. Connor’s girlfriend “Fran” likes to tell people “skank incoming” when checking me in. This treatment towards someone to coming to get a pickup order is absolutely unacceptable. Again, have not worked for the cannabis industry for two years but I know this isn’t how you treat customers.

Poor management. Inconsistent pricing, it can change from time you place order then pick up. False sales, could be sale price when you order but changes back to regular pricing by the time you get there the same day, even though still shows sale price online and on app. This place has tanked since Ethos took over. Too many other great places that are very good to customers. This place with each round of new employees, they get family and friends to rave review them. Known fact. I kept trying to give them chances bc of location but its worth the drive to any other dispensary to get treated better. Skip this hassle.

Raised the pricing on Megis County products and no deals on their products either. Was told by an employee that they raised the pricing because it was selling too well and could not keep it on the shelves. THIS is why people go out of state to get their meds. Same quality and if you make just two trips a year you can save a lot of money. Inflation at the gas pump is one thing but, come on. Don't be that guy!

I don't know what they did to their website but they made it all spammy and trash
I don't want to have to give you all my personal information just to decide what I want to buy just to come there and give you my personal information to come buy it
Why do I have to sign up for every single company that wants to sell me something and give my personal information to some website
It's egregious
And the stupid spammy strain test button to take your dumb quiz is so annoying

On the 2nd week of June and cartridge was bought. When put on battery and heated up it broke and fluid leaked out I called them and was told that without receipt and original package, couldn't replace
Stating this to all so that you too will not have this problem. Did not open until this week June 21.Did not keep receipt
Other than this incident I have enjoyed the staff that works there
Very friendly and quite helpful

I love this dispensary since is the inly one i know around that stacks up discounts. But now they only do certain days. Which it used to be any day, whats going on first it was the point. Can’t use them towards products any more only merch and now only certain days of stackable. Sundays are the only days usually I can go to the dispensary and now i can’t stack my military discount. Feeling disappointed. It’s still a great dispensary with great employees but it’s not gonna be my go to anymore since it has been for the last year or so.

Brand new to dispensaries, chose this one to be my first one ever. What an exciting experience, all staff were super friendly and helpful since this was so nerve wracking. They were sold out of one item I wanted to try out, but the budtenders helped me find something comparable. I didn't mind if it was a different price!
Another customer who was also in at the same time as me had a similar situation and left a nasty review that was just very untrue, so I had to jump on here and say something. The budtenders are very thorough at their job and go over everything with you, even if an item is sold out and what you can replace it with and verify with you what the price is. You're not leaving not knowing what you got
*Just remember your order wasn't filled wrong, they let you know of any issues and YOU verify the product before leaving. It's YOUR decision to leave with what you left with:) *

Had two great visits. I work in an Ohio Dispensary and like to checkout other dispensaries. I went once when it was medical only and once after adult use became legal. They have handled the change well. Good place!
PS on a visit to the area this year, I forgot an item we use medically and stopped in again because they had it in stock. Another great visit that went just perfect.

Ethos is my favorite dispensary in this area. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and welcoming. The product quality is high, they offer weekly discounts from 15-30% on brands and categories, and they have a points system that allows you to get additional discounts as well. Give them a try if you haven't and, if you have previously, they are worth a revisit.

You all have great deals and staff, but the reward point glitch and then the decision by ownership to not restore people’s points was an awful misstep. That’s hundreds if not thousands of dollars to consumers who keep
your lights on. The medical marijuana business prints money and the main consideration should be the the people who pay and voted for your right to earn revenue.
Update- my review was pointed to ownership. I still shop here and understand accidents happen. Thank you for taking the time to reply
