I am a medical patient not for recreation and to be treated like that was uncalled for and unprofessional!
Don’t let the 3 stars fool you I do enjoy this location. Had to take away a couple stars for the simple fact that you removed the rewards system through the Ethos App. You developed a rewards system initially where you were able to use all your points you had collected on one purchase. Then you altered it to where you had to spend a certain dollar amount in order to receive certain discounts…. Which I thought was fair. I go in today and you have removed the rewards system on everything but accessories. You now have taken away something that set you apart from other dispensaries, while also taking from your staff IMO. Every single discount I got whether it be 5,10, or 20$ went in that tip box. As a consumer being taxed as much as we are for recreational use it makes no sense to tip anymore… by the way, all the tip boxes I saw today were almost empty and they usually are 3/4 the way full by noon!
However... the rest of the crew there are very polite and upbeat!
Half the staff are awkward nice for the most part but the other half are weirdos. I'm talking in fighting them if they walk towards my kids at the cookout.
Also DO NOT BUY THE CERTIFIED BRAND VAPES.

When my mom passed away and I couldn't get back to feeling like myself the team here really went out of there way to help me get back to myself. I'm so grateful for everyone that works there because they truly care about how you feel and try to help. Keep up the great work...
Definitely a different experience than the first time. Not a huge selection. But the bud tenders are sweet guys eager to please. I purchased anyway. Check them out
your lights on. The medical marijuana business prints money and the main consideration should be the the people who pay and voted for your right to earn revenue.

Update.......These places have jacked the prices up so high that med patients are going out of state for their supplies. SHAMEFUL!!!!!!!!!
For some reason the QR code isn’t working after I used it once.. not sure why but I love this place! And everyone in it! My doggo loves everyone there! Esp jesse!! Love this place !

Know what you want? Order from our online menu and pickup your order in store. Once your order is placed, you will receive a text saying when it’s been filled and ready for pick up. When you arrive to pick up your order, you will be able to speak to a Product Associate and/or make changes to your order if needed.
Don’t have questions, but still want to come check out our in-store displays? Come take a look around, then use our self-serve ordering kiosk to place your order in the dispensary. A Product Associate will let you know when your order is fulfilled.

Absolutely! Medical cannabis has been legal in Ohio since 2016. Thanks to Ohio voters supporting Issue 2 in November 2023, non-medical cannabis for adults 21 and over is now legal as well. As of December 7, 2023, you can cultivate, process, purchase, possess, and even grow your own cannabis at home.
Yes! As of August 6, 2024, there are now multiple dispensaries across the state of Ohio, including Ethos Lebanon, that have been approved to begin non-medical use sales to any individual, age 21 or older, who possesses a valid government-issued ID.
As of August 10, 2024, Ethos is now selling adult-use cannabis from our dispensary in Lebanon, OH. For medical patients, don’t worry, we are still selling medical cannabis from this dispensary as well. Patients may still continue to use their patient card, but non-patients over the age of 21 will now be able to access the dispensary and purchase cannabis products using any government-issued ID.
Yes, and it’s easier than ever! As of May 15th, the DCC has eliminated the MMJ and caregiver registration fee. To activate or renew your registration, just access the Registry, confirm your details, and select ‘Activate Card’ or ‘Renew Card’. Keeping your medical card comes with perks:
- You’ll continue to consult with a physician about your qualifying condition.
- Access to medical marijuana at dispensaries is maintained.
- Enjoy discounts that may be offered at dispensaries.
- Avoid the 10% excise tax on non-medical cannabis sales.
Currently, medical cannabis patients enjoy the same potencies and products they’ve always had. The final legislation and regulations, which we are waiting to be published by the DCC, will set potency caps and product types for non-medical consumers, but expect a wide range of offerings, including flower, live plants and seeds, vapes, extracts and concentrates, tinctures, topicals, edibles, and more.

Adults 21+ may purchase up to a 10-day supply, per day. Medical shoppers may purchase up to a 45-day supply, up to 2 times per 90-day period.
There is a 10% tax in addition to the standard Ohio sales tax rate.

- Any valid US driver’s license, any valid ID from any US state, a valid passport, a valid Military ID or VA card with barcode and photo, and a valid Native American tribe ID

Due to state regulation, we can only provide refunds for products that were purchased at the dispensary and only in the event of a defective product, dispensing error, or recall. All returns will be accounted for and processed with a cash refund.
