So far my experience is great here and they actually have accessories and mech. They have stuff for cleaning your tools and they have Yocan vape battery. Which is great because you can adjust the temp for your cart. I love having more control over my cannabis. Their prices are nice and they have ceramic vape carts. I'm all for health and getting the best out of my cannabis. This is my new go to place.

I shop at Ethos for three main reasons:
1. The staff is excellent.
2. The selection is excellent.
3. Convenience.
I feel that numbers one and three are threatened by the changing POS system. I understand the need to maximize profits in your industry, however, I think taking away Dutchie pay and CanPay is a mistake. Aeropay is harder to set up and then periodically unlinks itself from your account (making you repeat an arduous process again). The debit system is also down fairly often. I fear that customers will start taking these inconveniences out on staff, they're not going to want to put up with it (I wouldn't), and you'll lose good people. It's also less convenient for me as a customer. Hopefully this isn't a tailspin where you get into the cycle of trying to boost profits, lose customers, try something even more austere to make up for it, lose more customers...etc.

Yesterday may 28, 2026 was my first time visiting this dispensary and hands down it’s currently my favorite and I’ve been to numerous dispensaries. The staff, the products , the prices are great and the service from walking in the door was fantastic. I unfortunately live an hour away but anytime I come to Fitchburg I will be making my first stop at Ethos cannabis Dispensary and anyone reading this should as well . HIGHLY RECOMMEND ☺️

Great crew here. Recently I placed an online order with a discount that was suppossed to be over, but because it wasn't yet removed from the website, they were kind enough to honor that for me and I was very thankful for that. I can’t say enough good things about this place!!! From the amazing variety to all of the smiles as soon as you walk through the door. I love how they tell you all about their selection and let you know their deals and all the new items that they received since your last visit.
It’s always great to have people that keep you informed and this is why I prefer eThos over any place in New England.
I was even going to them before they were medical and had a medical card that’s how good there prices and deals are. 🤦🏽♂️ 🤣

To stop at this dispensary I live right off the highway in South Gardener so it was my birthday and I go in I got some cranberry z badder concentrate. From the moment I walk into ethos my experience is always very pleasant. Lots of happy greetings. I especially appreciate the people that work in the back and get my weed ready for me. I don’t know the names but they work hard to make sure we have pur weed. The bud tenders are the best too . I’ve been to many dispensary’s but I always feel so welcome by all the staff. Great place staff is always super nice and helpful, but I'd like to be able to tip my servers. Update - I like it here and I continue to shop, but I find the way a price has changed from one day to the next confusing. A product can be $40 on Wednesday but it's $50 on Thursday? Other than trying to drive specific day-to-day sales volumes, I don't see why this needs to be done?

UPDATE (06/2025): Ethos needs to figure out the “glitch” with their system. Sometimes it allows you to order more than your daily allowance… but it shouldn’t. The employees have no insight or care when this is brought up to them. Also, they have no idea what strain they will continue to carry or not… or when and if they will get more product in. It’s a crap shoot as to what just shows up. Disappointing!
