I can’t say enough good things about this place!!! From the amazing variety to all of the smiles as soon as you walk through the door. I love how they tell you all about their selection and let you know their deals and all the new items that they received since your last visit.

Would give negative stars if possible . Made an order online, got the confirmation that it was received and will be ready. I drive an hr plus from Boston, only to be told that what I ordered was sold. Sold!? What is even the point of placing an order if it's not guaranteed that I'll be there by the time you get to the store? The staff member didn't seem to care, wasn't given an explanation or even a discount for their screw up. Terrible experience will never be returning; do yourself a favor and avoid this place!!!

My father in law and boyfriend have been going to ethos for years and everytime they go they are welcomed with amazing hospitality and kindness by all the staff, especially Tyler Kiara she is such a sweet woman. She has amazing customer service skills and Is incredibly knowledgeable about all the products always recommending things of amazing quality. To stop at this dispensary I live right off the highway in South Gardener so it was my birthday and I go in I got some cranberry z badder concentrate. Omg seriously the best stuff I've ever had, If you're having a hard time sleeping,,, you want this stuff!! It was truly quite amazing! I love going to Ethos! They have such friendly and helpful staff. Everyone is awesome, from the person at the door to the Bud tenders inside. Today I had the pleasure of getting to chat with Maria, Shaye, Rich and Jem. But like I said everyone is lovely.
I love getting to browse online at all the stuff otherwise I’d never leave ! 😅 if you like to order in person theyre very knowledgeable so if you can’t decide what to get they can help. Overall 11/10! I’ll continue to go back and see them 🙂

From the moment I walk into ethos my experience is always very pleasant. Lots of happy greetings. I especially appreciate the people that work in the back and get my weed ready for me. I don’t know the names but they work hard to make sure we have pur weed. The bud tenders are the best too . I’ve been to many dispensary’s but I always feel so welcome by all the staff. I can’t wait for ethos to be medical. The packers in the back sent me a message on my bag. I always let them know I appreciate them all!!!

Great place staff is always super nice and helpful, but I'd like to be able to tip my servers. Update - I like it here and I continue to shop, but I find the way a price has changed from one day to the next confusing. A product can be $40 on Wednesday but it's $50 on Thursday? Other than trying to drive specific day-to-day sales volumes, I don't see why this needs to be done?
