Lets begin with the #1 reason why im writing this review after only 2 visits.
My first visit was a new patient medical and when getting my cash change back I made a mistake attempting to make the cashier change easier and I ended up giving them $19 extra through a small confusion. Afterwards, I had a feeling they had owed me but I dont like to dwell on those thoughts.
2nd visit: they already had my money placed in an envelope with full name (probably a couple weeks time), they knew the mistake was made and had it ready but I had no phone number on file.
This alone: the product review will follow soon under but the ETHOS ETHICS are exceptionally honest.
Now on to product: sanctuary medicinals was my main dispensary but lately their medical products have lost their strength and appeal relative to price.
Ethos probably has 75% more indicas than any dispensary ive seen. They have national west coast brands like Cheech & Chong but most importantly they have RHYTM, which is a very good indica brand. Now their own brand is significantly better than sanctuary brand name, and its actually better priced.
Ive also noticed that Ethos nuggets are very dense and almost impossible to break with two fingers, but sanctuary flower breaks easily and you could probably sit on it and it turns to powder.
Ethos doesnt dry its weed out. I dont think ill visit another dispensary again unless Ethos decides to open another location somewhere else. Also there is more than enough parking and this is right off route 2.
All the employees are terrific, from the front desk attendants to the counter staff. Happiness around.

I can’t say enough good things about this place!!! From the amazing variety to all of the smiles as soon as you walk through the door. I love how they tell you all about their selection and let you know their deals and all the new items that they received since your last visit.
It’s always great to have people that keep you informed and this is why I prefer eThos over any place in New England.
I was even going to them before they were medical and had a medical card that’s how good there prices and deals are. 🤦🏽♂️ 🤣

Would give negative stars if possible . Made an order online, got the confirmation that it was received and will be ready. I drive an hr plus from Boston, only to be told that what I ordered was sold. Sold!? What is even the point of placing an order if it's not guaranteed that I'll be there by the time you get to the store? The staff member didn't seem to care, wasn't given an explanation or even a discount for their screw up. Terrible experience will never be returning; do yourself a favor and avoid this place!!!

My favorite place in the local area I been living in the area for 3 yrs and so far they the best I go nowhere else. Courtesy , Quality & Price are the best in the area. My father in law and boyfriend have been going to ethos for years and everytime they go they are welcomed with amazing hospitality and kindness by all the staff, especially Tyler Kiara she is such a sweet woman. She has amazing customer service skills and Is incredibly knowledgeable about all the products always recommending things of amazing quality. She deserves to be recognized for her kindness and attentive attitude towards her job just like her coworkers. Wonderful environment and great prices.

To stop at this dispensary I live right off the highway in South Gardener so it was my birthday and I go in I got some cranberry z badder concentrate. Omg seriously the best stuff I've ever had, If you're having a hard time sleeping,,, you want this stuff!! It was truly quite amazing! I love going to Ethos! They have such friendly and helpful staff. Everyone is awesome, from the person at the door to the Bud tenders inside. Today I had the pleasure of getting to chat with Maria, Shaye, Rich and Jem. But like I said everyone is lovely.
I love getting to browse online at all the stuff otherwise I’d never leave ! 😅 if you like to order in person theyre very knowledgeable so if you can’t decide what to get they can help. Overall 11/10! I’ll continue to go back and see them 🙂

From the moment I walk into ethos my experience is always very pleasant. Lots of happy greetings. I especially appreciate the people that work in the back and get my weed ready for me. I don’t know the names but they work hard to make sure we have pur weed. The bud tenders are the best too . I’ve been to many dispensary’s but I always feel so welcome by all the staff. I can’t wait for ethos to be medical. The packers in the back sent me a message on my bag. I always let them know I appreciate them all!!!

Great place staff is always super nice and helpful, but I'd like to be able to tip my servers. Update - I like it here and I continue to shop, but I find the way a price has changed from one day to the next confusing. A product can be $40 on Wednesday but it's $50 on Thursday? Other than trying to drive specific day-to-day sales volumes, I don't see why this needs to be done?

This is my go-to dispensary and it isn’t close. A lot of dispensaries are competitively priced but I keep coming back to ethos because they provide a more personal experience. The entire staff is very friendly and knows exactly what they speak on. Special shout out to Rich and Shaye for taking care of me today!

With all the dispensaries in the area, I still find myself gravitating towards Ethos and other places that have in house growers. After returning to this location earlier this week, I have decided to change my review.
I allowed my emotions to get the better of me and failed to gauge my rating on the most important thing a business can possess, an amazing staff that gives it their all day in and day out to provide customers with the best possible experience. This is something that Ethos Fitchburg has in spades!
So I just wanted to say thank you to Bethy, Chris, Isabell, Kaylee, Lauren, Sadie, Shaye, Tanisha, Tuan, and Vivica. These guys are rockstars that give it their all day in and day out to ensure the customer is well cared for! They are friendly, knowledgeable and super helpful. Thank you for all your hard work over the years. Five Gold Star ratings all around!
If the corporate entities at Ethos got the store’s product selection and management to be as amazing as its staff, this would be an easy five star rating (maybe start by listening to said staff).
