Ingredients
- 1 cup of chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 to 2 pounds of strawberries
- Distillate oil or RSO syringe/dropper
- Optional: toppings (sprinkles, white chocolate, crushed Oreos, nuts, etc.)
Shop your local menu for your favorite distillate oil or RSO
Instructions
- Wash your strawberries and let them dry completely
- Place your chocolate chips in a glass mixing bowl and place the glass mixing bowl inside a smaller, empty pot (but make sure the glass isn’t touching the bottom of the pot) to create your own double boiler
- Put the burner on medium/medium high and let the chocolate melt completely, scrapping the bottom of the bowl every few minutes to prevent chocolate from burning
- While waiting for the chocolate to melt, get your distillate oil or RSO dropper ready by running it under hot water to make is easier to empty the dropper
- Once your chocolate is melted and smooth, add in the desired amount of distillate oil or RSO (see dosing guide below)
- Mix in the oil thoroughly over medium heat until evenly distributed
- Grab a cookie sheet or plate and cover it with wax or parchment paper
- Take your strawberries and dip them into your infused melted chocolate one at a time, placing them on the cookie sheet and sprinkling on your toppings
- Place the chocolate covered strawberries in the fridge for 15 to 20 minutes until the chocolate has hardened
- Enjoy your homemade Valentine’s Day edible!

Dosing Guide
To calculate dosing, take a look at the packaging of your distillate or RSO syringe/dropper to see how many total milligrams are in the syringe. Add the amount of the syringe based on your desired dosing. Use this formula to calculate the approximate amount of THC in each strawberry:
#mg total THC per syringe / amount of syringe added = total #mg in infused chocolate
total #mg in infused chocolate / # of strawberries dipped = approximate #mg of THC per chocolate covered strawberry
