First time at Ethos, a friend recommended! I always like to experience different types, but the one I wanted was out when I tried to order online. So I ended up still doing a walk-in and explaining to Sophia my situation. Sophia was wonderful, I’ve asked her if she has something similar, but she ended up finding the one I wanted originally! New website and app platform at garbage. App is basically just a web client, you can't do anything it doesn't actually show the menu items and you can't order from it it just takes you to a web page. They changed platforms and the ordering process online is useless and terrible. Text message verification won't actually send texts so you can't order online. Not like it used to be where you'd put in your info and just order now it forces you to log in but their log in doesn't even work so basically you can't even order online. Such an Incredibly frustrating and useless website and app.

The customer service at Ethos was 5 stars from the moment I walked in. Refreshingly, the cashier and manager were both eager and proactive in resolving some confusion during my checkout process. Everything was taken care of swiftly and I felt like a VIP while I was there. I'll be back and it's nice knowing my brother has been coming here for years now.

Place typically has good selection and fair prices. Only issue I've recently come across as med patient is that their med menu is far more limited than their recreational menu and they have stronger products available to recreational today than they do for med patients. Needless to say, that's backwards and not what the products were made available for. The solution was that I need to notify a team member of certain products I would like available for just one Sunday which would require frequent monitoring of both menus and then calling them in advance to just make sure certain product is available for a med patient

I visit ethos watetrown as often as possible. They have great promotion frequently, it's worth the ride. I'm from Leominster MA. With a med license and I'd prefer to visit here. Darren is one of the most knowledgeable batista I've encountered.

This place is fantastic! Not only do they have excellent products and prices, their staff is top notch. I got a flat tire on the road before eventually pulling into the parking lot and Josh, one of the employees, came out to take off my flat and put on my spare in the 90 degree heat! Truly the best!!!

Was I town for work for a night and Came into Ethos last night - front desk had great attitude, all the bystanders helping were extremely professional down to earth and very knowledgeable- asked for some Terpy strains and walked out with a few eigths almost at 4% terp! They know they stuff especially when I was on a “ fruity trip” haha-

Ethos dispensaries are amazing! 🌟 As a medical patient who is blind, I truly appreciate how they go above and beyond to ensure my comfort and help me navigate their welcoming space. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to visit recently due to losing my ID and medical card, which has been frustrating. 😔 However, I know this doesn’t reflect on Ethos at all. I wish there were easier ways for patients to access their products without delays while waiting for ID replacements, especially regarding crucial medical needs.
I love that Ethos consistently lives up to its values and delivers on its promises. 💯 There are thousands of dispensaries with similar products and prices, but Ethos listens to its customers. It's convenient to know that I don’t have to search through a thousand different dispensaries for what I want on certain days because Ethos often has great deals available. They are very consistent and hold to their commitments.
They proactively inform me and work hard to maximize my discounts—what a treat! 💵 Plus, they offer exclusive deals for medical and adult users, and I admit I sometimes feel a little envious of the fantastic deals available for adult users! 😅 I’m thrilled to give Ethos a five out of five rating! ⭐ With so many options, I wholeheartedly recommend Ethos dispensaries to anyone looking for a top-notch experience! 🌿

The staff here are a stand out feature of the experience. Friendly and knowledgeable. Ample parking makes this an easy destination to visit if you’re driving, and bus service is nearby. The selection is broad and many brands are represented.
The degradation of the loyalty system as a medical patient over the last several years has been a major disappointment. The latest iteration is particularly bad, essentially cutting the value of points in half and drastically raising the thresholds in which you can use them. Business must be doing well and growing quickly enough that it’s resulted in the sharp decline the loyalty program has seen.
Great place to stop in especially if recreational. If you’re a medical patient, your dollar may go farther elsewhere.

You walk in, show your id,go through th door n people will help you find what you need n what you thought you wanted as well,,, it like a candy store for adults only, gummies,prerolls,chocolates,flower,vapes,oils,n if you have med card it gets better no taxes, n higher quality of gummies , instead of 5mgs you can get 20,30,40, n so on mgs gummies n chocolate,candy,, I've been goin there since it opened 5or so yrs ago

I had the best time at ethos the other day .I’m a 66 year man with bad eyesight and was didn’t know what I really wanted. But man I can say that they’re a gentleman but the name of Sammy that is freaking awesome. He explained everything to me so smoothly and honestly I felt so at ease once I end up placing my order because for the first time in years I felt like someone at a dispensary really knew What they were doing. All I had to do is describe how I wanted to feel and how high I wanted to get and he was like my person filter. He was a very professional but also very chill at the say time. Ethos has been my go-to dispensary for over a year, both for their amazing selection and for the absolutely fabulous people who work there. I cannot gush enough about the customer experience at Ethos. It is rare that I feel completely welcome and known when I shop(pretty much only here and my bodega), and yet I look forward to every single visit to Ethos! It’s an absolute joy to chat with the staff, and they’re even able to make me feel better after the worst days of work. Truly, I think that Ethos is a magical place, and I cannot recommend enough to anyone looking for a dispensary(plus they stay open till ten which is 🔥). Hello all this is an excellent marijuana dispensary that has very interesting sales that are put on a daily basis. It’s highly recommended to go online and see what is being discounted on any given day. For example, on Mondays they give 20% off on all vape products And each day they discount a different category.
This essentially means you are not paying the exorbitant Massachusetts marijuana tax.
My only complaint with this destination is they should disc products at 21%, not 20%. This way the discount will be slightly more than eliminating the sales tax and I would recommend this venue even more so than I already do.
I guess my only complaint is, I would like someway to receive further discounts by spreading the good news about this company, online, in person, and whichever other way I can.
I highly recommend they change their policies, so if you write a positive review which is seen by more than 50 people than you will receive a discount on accessories purchases. I believe legally they cannot give discounts or freebies in regards to actual THC products.

I can assure you that the prices at ethos are consistently, the same or lower than the competitors in the area. I will advise, checking the discount sections of their competitors however, as occasionally these prices will beat the ones you find at ethos.
That being said, this rarely happens, so, in some respect it is a waste of time to do this. However, if you are looking for a product that is not being discounted based on the day of the week, I would still recommend checking the prices of AR and buds goods
I have no incentive to write this review, but I emphasize that there should be some mechanism which rewards authentic reviews, which highlight the clean, friendly and inexpensive options available at this dispensary

I love this place - all of the staff are so incredibly amazing, I always end up having wonderful conversations with everyone. Bonus that they’re always playing awesome tv shows on top of having great priced vapes 🖤
I’ve never had an issue here and would recommend it to any and everyone - anyone saying they’ve had a bad experience I can guarantee is greatly exaggerating. Everyone here is so wonderful and I’ve been there all times of the day and never had an issue.
